A computer simulation baseball league using historical seasons of real Major League players. Created in 1995 by Corky Williams, it has slowly grown to become the coolest sim league on the net. Check the
HOFL site for more information.
My name is Jeff. I joined the league in 1995 as a student at USC and named my team after the surrounding area.
Just southeast of downtown Los Angeles. Click

In 1968, youths who were too young to participate in the Black Panther Party and US Organization movement began to form their own organizations. Raymond Washington, a 15-year-old youth in Los Angeles, and Stanley "Tookie" Williams admired a gang called the Avenues and created their own gang called Baby Avenues. Their new gang came to be known as the Avenue Cribs.
The word "Crip" is a derivative of the word Crib, but how the use of "Crip" occurred is not clear according to the available literature. The Crips terrorized southeast Los Angeles neighborhoods and schools with assaults and strong-arm robberies. They developed a reputation for being the most fierce and feared gang in the Los Angeles area. By early 1972, the word "Crip" had been entrenched into Los Angeles Gang culture.
Gang identifiers: the color blue, blue bandannas and rags, use the letter "c" in place of "b" in writing in disrespect for Bloods, calling each other "Cuzz", wearing British Knight (BK) tennis shoes.

I have no idea, but the letters are real.
Yes. Anyone who gets sucked into the world of computer baseball simulation ,spends countless hours crunching numbers and generating player lists, and makes a web site like this is an unequivocal geek.
