Home Run Derby started in high school with a tar line and a light pole but has evolved into a more sophisticated game with equipment specifications and a new park.

The game is modelled after the Major League All-Star Home Run Derby. It has evolved over the years, but it continues to be a source of enjoyment and exercise. Home Run Derby has allowed us to enjoy the game of baseball to its fullest and has perpetuated the delusion that we can really hit the shit out of a ball.

This web site has been created to collect the history and spirit of Home Run Derby and share it with a broader audience. Thanks for stopping by. If you can't get out there and play the real thing, play it here.

I beat Rob Ford in home run derby at the Fiji house. I would like this to be noted with an astrek on his HOF bio. While Ford was known for slugging some bombs, I would like more info. on his won/loss record!
